Cold weather car camping secrets! Share yours. First off I don't use a sleeping bag. Too restricted and restriction causes cold spots. I use blankets. Secondly window reflective covers do work! Every window is covered. Third, refrigerators do produce heat, use this to your advantage. And lastly remote starts are awesome. Never have to get out of bed cold

so what are your cold weather secrets?

some great tips here mate, especially the one with the fridge. Never though about it. I do love a sleeping bag to be honest and if it very cold a fire up my diesel heater and sleep great!

It is dry heat so no condensation and no fears of carbon monoxide poisoning

So true, I've used a Buddy Heater for years and while it works great, the condensation is the worst!
