Bought a DMOS Alpha Expedition Shovel

Well this thing just arrived and it's a lot beefier than I expected. I bought this for the upcoming snow season. But wondering after getting this if this would hold up to shoveling sand?

Lose sand, yes, but think something that large would be PITA if you need to move a lot of heavy earth.

It would definitely work in sand mate but it might be a bit too heavy

It looks like it packs down nicely, but there are some holes on the sides which may be an issue in the sand

I had to Google that shovel to see what you all were talking about. Dang, that is one expensive shovel! Honestly I don't know anything about it, just wouldn't spend that kind of money on it. Looks a bit novelty.
