Anyone else concerned about rising gas prices?

My Raptor is already a gas pig, but I knew that when I bought it back in '19. But what has me thinking right now is that every time I head out, I'm spending conservatively about $300-$400 on gas each trip. I have a Patriot trailer on order and it just dawned on me that my fuel spend could go up another 25-35% easily from towing this thing.

I'm beginning to wonder if this trailer is the best foot forward considering the times we are in?

Are you concerned about fuel prices?

Yes, I am definatelly concerned. My main problem is that they will force older vehicles off the roads and the problem is that the only vehicles that do the job I want a vehicle to do are old!

As far as the trailer goes I wouldn't worry. Try it out and if you find that it adds to much extra cost just sell it. The second hand market is crazy right now so you will nearly loose any money!

Hell yeah, I heard we could see fuel prices above $6 by summer!

Yes for sure. The Tundra isn't what one would call economical
