Will Starlink work with clouds in the sky?

Does Starlink need clear sky? What happens if there is heavy rain or clouds in the sky?

I would like to hear people chime in on this.
Clouds do block but Starlink satellites are done in a lower orbit to off set this issue.
The question is, did it actually work?

Yes it's designed to work during crappy weather. I have not any issues when raining or clouds.
