Wide vs Narrow Off-Road Tires

I've been trying to decide if I should stick with wide or go narrow with my tires, and this video really was an eye opener

Good video, I know a number of peeps in my local 4wd club have discussed this very topic only a few weeks ago. The problem is, many tires are tough to come by.

It is a controversial topic. I think it also depends on the vehicle. If it has the power and axle strength then go for wide. If not the skinny tall tires should work great

I love the look of the wider tires so that is what I would go for. Skinnies also look good on older trucks though.

Agree, wide can look awesome with the right tire, but I think there is a good argument on both sides in terms of best for offroad use.

Yeah, all good points. These days, less weight is best to give optimum fuel economy.
