What do you say is the best cookware kit?

We were just talking about making an upgrade to our pots, pans, dishes and silverware. For silverware, we had been using plastic, but those are eco friendly, pots and pans are the ones we took from the house before each trip, and plates have been disposable. We want a completely kit that will stay with our overlanding gear.
