Storing valuables SECURELY in a Jeep?

I know, the glove box or center console is a joke if you want to keep things safe. Is there a modification or glove box or center console replacement that is lockable and more secure?

Nope, because you have that cheap plastic housing all around both. Nothing really to make secure unless you do a complete overhaul.

Goosegear dude, they have some seat deletes that lock up

Goosegear is nice, but it's heavy and it's a bit of commitment, once it's in there, its in there. If you want that out it's a production to remove.
