Rooftop tent that holds in heat or AC?

I'm helping a friend out who wants a rooftop tent that will go above his F-250, but he wants something that has some ability to keep heat in during winters and cold in during the summers. Wasn't sure so figured I'd ask you all.

Just need to search on which ones have the winter kit that you zip into them.

+1 on insulation kit. Some tents have them available. One of the guys in my group has it. Don't know the tent brand.

Other than the insulation kit, tents are just horrible for heat and cool retention.
