Reducing road noise in 4D Jeep Wrangler?

I have moved to 35" tires and wondering what can be done to reduce the road noise that is now very noticeable. What can I do without having to change my tires?

Yes there is additional sound insulation you can apply under your carpet. It will require you remove your seats and carpet, install then put carpet and seats back into it.
