Oztent sv-5-max tent worth the money?

Gotta love the 30 second deployment, but how do these tents hold up to continuous use? Any issues with zippers or snaps malfunctioning? How about the canvas used, durable?

Never heard of this tent before, had to Google what you were talking about and found this page: https://oztent.com/products/sv-5-max heart breaking story behind this tent. My question is what happens if you are in a windy place, that huge awning on the front of that would create so much lift?

I've seen a few of them. The only drawback is the packed size which doesn't effect me. If I went back to a ground tent it would be one of those. I've not seen anyone with the awning wall kit but, that would give you a nice covered cooking/sitting area for rain.

Do they have walls for the awning section of those tents?

you can wall in the awning then add another awning past that. My favorite picture was two tents facing each other with walled awnings then a single awning open in-between.
