My next house will have a 14' garage ceiling

My garage ceiling is 8' and I find it's very limited to working in when weather is crappy. I need something taller. If we don't make our move in the next year, I'm going to see about getting the ceiling raised to 14'.

Oh man, I'm right there with you. Last year I came close to pulling the trigger on building a second garage that would have a high ceiling. I need to check on zoning permits to see what is involved in making this happen.

Brother I'm the same boat. I just have no options to move for some time. But would love to have a 14' ceiling in my garage! That and a lift would be nice.
