Which is the lightest self supporting awning that is also is shallow height that fits nicely on site of rig? Important thing is something that can take a little wind abuse.

Thank you

In my group, everyone uses OVS awnings.
You asked for two things.
1. Light weight. I wouldnt trust anything made out of thinner material then the ones we use. Over the years, I've seen several other brands fail over time because they had weak light support beams and poor hinge's.
2. Wind abuse. Remember, its a big sail. A few mile an hour if your careful and that's all i would go. If you go thinner and lighter, you can tolerate less wind.

After seeing issues with diffrent brands in diffrent conditions, my group has three OVS awnings pushing a few years old without issues. A few more around a year old (ish). I should say issues that weren't caused by the owner.
