Disco 1 weird clunking from the rear. Anyone know what it may be?

Have you check bushings mate? It's a solid axle back there so it shouldn't be anything too serious.

Clunking from the rear is usually the A Fram ball joint. It is the only ball joint back there. If it's not that then it should be a bad bushing. It is a very simple design back there so even if something is worn you can still drive it for a bit
