I'm excited about the new Suzuki Jimmy, even though it might not be available in the United States. What's not to like about a cheap 4x4 that looks like a 2/3rds-scale G-Wagen? I love it even if it wasn't very good off-road, but Autocar (a big name is car reviews) says that's not the case.

The Jimmy has a ladder frame, solid axles in the front and rear, and a true low-range transfer case. The only thing missing are locking differentials, instead opting for brake-activated torque vectoring to help direct power to the wheel with the most grip.

It's small size makes it a considerable options over most off-roading vehicles out there.
