How long do coolers last in about 90 degrees outside temp?

it depends on the cooler and how often you open and close it. I would say about a day or to maximum, especially if you have it sitting in the sun
 
if you have a good quality one you might be able to get 2-3 day out of it. Avoid opening it a lot, keep it out of the sun and keep it packed
 
If you have a good cooler, like one from Yeti, you can get upwards of 3-5 days depending on how many times you open it up.
