How do you keep propane tanks warm?

I am heading for a trip in Tasmania and temps there can get bellow 0 which for an Aussie is bloody cold. I don't want my propane tanks to freeze up and fail on me in the morning. Does anyone have any tips when it comes to keeping these tanks slightly warmer during the night?

Electric heated pads on the size of the propane bottles?

Keep them inside the truck and maybe even but them in a bag with some spare clothes just to keep all the cold away

I keep them in a tub and wrap them around in some cloth towels to protect them from the cold. If it is very cold outside you might need to get them next to a heat source
