How do you all keep warm camping?

We are Hawaiian transplants to California and while we did camping in Hawaii, it's much cooler (colder) here during winter months. We don't want weather to get in our way of camping year round, how do you all keep warm during winter camping?

Many use diesel heaters here, if you don't want to deal with a heater, a properly rated sleeping bag will do the trick. Considering the heat our bodys push out, all the heat will do well inside a good sleeping bag.

OP - this company makes some very comfortable sleep blankets. Pricey, but worth it if you value comfort.
