Every off roaders worst nightmare. I have dented the sill under my doors

So, the other day I was doing some off roading in Moab and as this is still a new build to me, I had no rock sliders and managed to dent the sills.

The damage is now done, however, I am curious at how a body shop would go about fixing an area like this where you can't beat the steel back straight. Is the body filler the only option?

The dent can be pulled out to some extent, it will never be perfect again. A good body shop will bring it as close to perfect as possible and the use some body filler just to smooth it out

As mentioned above, the dent can be pulled out. However, it will never be completly straight therefore the panel will blend in with the rest by using body filler

No need to worry, take it tou a good body shop and you won't be able to tell it was damaged.
