Clicking noise driver side front Gladiator

When out this weekend with the truck and had a decent time. All good, but now I'm hearing a clicking noise only when the truck is moving and from the driver front end. I have no clue what this is and have inspected under the truck and back side of tire. Everything looks in order. I'd like figure this out on my end before rushing into dealer or mechanic. Can you help me out please?

Tough to say, that could be CV joint failing, lug nuts loose, wheel bearings or even something to do with your suspension.
