Just got Gaia, need some help

OMG, I just picked this up and need some help on how to use. Any good videos or anything to figure this out?

Standard or premium? Also what is it loaded on and do you also have a PC?
Gaia has some good videos available.
I can answer most questions. I've been running it for years.
