Drilling holes into roof for roof rack??

What's funny is that I bought this Rhino Rack for my Jeep and completely overlooked that I need to drill holes into my roof. Not a big deal (I say now), but going to attempt this weekend as well. Just wondering have any of you who mounted roof racks via drilling holes, did you have any leaks?

Had one on old Jeep. Once you crack open your kit, you'll see you have rubber grommets that go around all your bolts. Honestly I had zero issues. I'll likely add one to my current.
