Champion Power Equipment 2500 watt generator won't start

This is a dual fuel generator, and I can't get this thing to start while using propane. I've followed the instructions, I have a full tank of propane and it just won't start. Very annoying. Anyone else have any issues with starting while using propane and if so, how did you get it to start?

Are you priming the system to purge the air out of the line?

Return it, most likely something wrong with it. They should send you another one.

We had a dual fuel Champion and couldn't get it to run on Propane so we returned ours to Amazon. We ended up buying a smaller green 1000w Alp generator. It's a lot smaller than what we wanted, but it does the job and it's quiet.

There isn't a prime on this unit. No way of doing that.
