Billie Bars work with all bed covers?

No, how would it? Once you try to open up the lids, you'll hit the bars. You'll want something that is more of a roll up cover. That will work. Not the swing up hard tops.
 
Not with the arms attached, Unless you put some quick release pins in there. Which will likely need to be custom.
