Nothing says camping like a air fryer! We just bought a new one for the house and the old one I would like to keep for my overlanding rig. But it runs on 1500w. Fortunately it's fast to cook. I'm just wondering best way to power something like this. Better yet, is there a way to convert this to DC power?

Get a ~3000w power station with some solar imputs so you can recharge it quick enough after use. Those air fryers use a lot of juice to run. You might want to stick a meter up on it, pretty sure all the settings don't pull max power. You might luck out and then just use that setting when out to minimize draw.

Pretty much it, you need high power and means of being able to charge that battery back up. Air fryer is to taxing on batteries. Think about it, your air fryer needs 1500w per hour. So if you have a 3000w power station as mentioned above, that will only last you 2 hours. So either have a generator to charge things back up or solar.
