I don't like the look of it as a paint. It works great as a bed liner but the texture doesn't work on the body in my opinion. Some trucks such as the XJ Cherokee do look good in it though

I've coated my bed in it and it worked great. However, for body panels I wouldn't use it. Especially on a nice truck like an 80 series.

Bite the bullet and paint it and if it gets pinstriped, well it's okay. It's an off roader after all

I am not a big fun of it either mate. I don't think it looks good a a body paint. It's better to have normal paint and just polish it every once in a while in my opinion
