So-Cal Teardrops ever pick up their phones?

I've must have called 3 times last month can't seem to get a person on the phone. Any thoughts on what is happening here? I first called these guys I want to say a good 2 years ago to get some information and each time I called in, always someone to take the call and answer my questions. So a bit puzzled right now.

I know getting anything done, Nov-Jan is tough. Its possible they traveled for the holidays. Its a small shop so if two or three are gone, that will probably close it for the duration.

Their about a mile (ish) from my house. I haven't been by there since they moved to their new location though. I would drive by them on the way to work every day.
