How long do you keep your overland trucks?

My Jeep is getting close to 10 years old now and it's at the point were many things need a refresh in order to be sure the truck is reliable for upcoming trips.

What do you guys like to do when trucks get old? Sell and replace with new ones? or go over everything and make the old new again?

Kind of leaning towards the second options as this thing has served me great!

I have my cars on lease so about 5 years. I love technology so I always like to have the latest stuff possible. Don't get me wrong though, the old trucks are also great
