Bumper paint advice

Hey guys, if you needed to paint a bumper, what sort of paint would you use? Looking for something in a can. Can you help me please?

Spray paint wise, I use Krylon Fusion. It works for plastic and metal. Make sure you sand it properly and wipe it down with acetone.
I've used diffrent bedliner material and they all tend to dry and chip over time. I'm thinking of taking mine back off and having them powder coated.
