Two Snomaster 60L Classic fridges with one 2000w portable power station?

I'm going to be running one Snomaster as a freezer and one as fridge. But want dedicated power for the fridges. So would a 2000w power station with 200w solar be enough for this and offer decent run time and quick charging? We are going to be setting out for long summer camping and trying to figure out the set up needed. Thank you
