RTT tent on your 2" hitch OR right on the ground

On on the fence about this. I like the idea, and having the tent not on the roof, but just wondering how difficult is it to get on your trucks hitch?

Interesting idea. The site shows preorder and sold out. Better than a ground tent for uneven ground. I've always been able to find a flat spot for my tents though. Still, you figure an RTT is around 150# + 100# for the bracket. Most hitch's have a min 250 tongue rating with most being higher.

Yeah, I'm not really feeling this at all. I can see how this would struggle in the market.

All good points. I'm still thinking about how much a pain it would have been to get that onto the truck
