Retractable or coiled wire for solar panels

I just mounted a solar panel to the roof of my tent, the snat that I noticed is when the tent is up, the wire is tight, when it's down, I have a surplus of wire hanging there. Does anyone make retractable or coiled wire for solar panel installs on rooftop tents?

Your going to want at least 14 gauge and it can get pricy. Your also crimping your own ends on. That is unless someone can come up with a link I haven't seen yet.
What you want is a 2 conductor version of this Coiled cord. It seems their out of stock on it.
I don't understand why coiled cord cost's so much.
