PSM Module programming?

I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has experience with custom programming the PSM (Parameterizable Special Module) on a Mercedes-Benz. I'm curious about the process and particularly interested in understanding which vehicle I/O options are accessible through the PSM module?

Additionally, I'm wondering if it's possible to send custom messages to the instrument cluster display via the PSM module. Has anyone successfully implemented this or knows whether it's feasible with Mercedes-Benz vehicles?
