Proper place to dispose of #2

I just ordered some of those specialized #2 bags. So question, what do you do with these or where do you dispose of them?

When ever we get back from our trips, we make a direct run to the dump and dispose of there. Garbage is only picked up once a week at my house, I don't want that sitting there at my home that long.
