Problem with bed rack on 2020 Tacoma

I bought a bed rack for my Tacoma months after picking this thing up. Fast forward to today, I want to add a cover to the bed, but want to keep the rack as I have my Maxtrax, shovel and propane attached. But can't find any hard top options without ditching my bed rack. Do you know of any?
