How are dealing with rusty impossible to get out bolts on suspension?

I'm doing some work and I have two bolts that are giving me a hard time. They will not budge and I'm concerned I'm going to strip the heads or do damage. Any tips on removing such bolts?

Odds are your going to break them. If you don't they need to be replaced anyway. You can try soaking them but you will probably end up cutting them off.

Heat up the bolt, tap on it with a hammer and then try pulling off. I would use a socket that grabs all around the bolt head vs wrench only touching a couple sides.
