Cost to install Falcon SP2 3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Shocks with 4 " lift?

To have a shop install these shocks and a 4" lift, what would you say is the number of hours it would take (2021 4d Wrangler)?

What is a fair $$ amount per hour to please. Thank you!

A few moving parts to this - Where you are located is a big one. But here $100 to $120 is going rate for good mechanic. Installing those shocks should take about 3-4 hours, a lift could easily take 6 hours+ depending on what all is being done.
