Any tricks to insulating a roof top tent?

I'm looking at ways to keep heat in and cold out. Any tricks to winterize a roof top tent?

I think there are some pads you can line the tent with mate that provide some more insulation. If I am not mistaken I Kamper has them. I am not 100% sure though

haven't though of any myself. there should be something though. I feel like tents are hopeless in the cold

You might want to check with the company that makes the tent, some have inserts that zip inside and are insulators.

None from me either. However, I can tell you that a heated blanket can go a long way when it comes to staying warm in a tent!
