35s on a TJ. How does it run on the road?

Just like with most old trucks, running 35s is no small task. You will need to rehear, have at least 4 inches of lift and do something to strengthen the axles as the 35s add a lot of weight.

Once all the peripherals are done I would imagine it would run OK. The 4.0 is a powerful engine and the TJ a very small truck. That being said, it will definatelly be much slower than stock

I friend of mine used to have them on his TJ, It wasn't the best thing on the road but it wasn't terrible either. He did do all the necessary mods as he was off roading it often
