Renting out your overlanding trailer?

We are looking at getting perhaps a new trailer or two and turning these trailers into a business venture. Particularly renting them out. You have the ability to rent cars and trucks, apartments and homes. But I have yet to see many overlanding trailers for rent.

I'm just starting to mow this over with my wife and trying to weigh risks and what we would need to do in order to make this possible.
 
Isn’t that just asking for your stuff to get beat up? I would you even insure that for renting out?
 
Man, I wouldn't. People beat car rentals and such under normal circumstances. Offroad rig? I think that will take on enormous damage.
 
I'm with Sean on this one. Not just no, but "oh hell no"! It takes a lot to no f' up my own stuff while overlanding. Rental? Man, that's just asking for problems.
 
Well something to keep in mind is that you can charge for damages, just make sure you invest into the repairs vs pocketing the $$.
