Steel braided brake lines. Are they worth it?

I will be lifting my Land Rover Discovery 1 and I am thinking of getting steel braided brake lines that are extended by 2 inches. They aren't really needed as the lift will only give two inches but they are old anyway so I might change them for piece of mind.

Is it worth going for the steel braided ones? What are the benefits over the rubber options?

The will make your brake pedal a bit stiffer and they are more durable. They are definitely an upgrade an not an expensive one so I would go for them!

I was thinking the same. I think I will get them there aren't any real drawbacks to them
