Question about having a bad battery?

So my battery was dead and I had it charging all day today. I removed the battery charger but first noticed the charger showing a red light saying 'bad battery'. However when I went to start the truck, it started up just fine. Am I missing something here?

Likely a bad cell or something is going on.

Is the battery under warranty? If so, I would bring into wherever you got and swap out.

It's the original battery in my truck. But the strange thing is that I've had zero problems since charging it a couple weeks ago.
