Increasing turbo boost pressure on a 300TDI

Is there an easy way to increase the boost pressure on a 300TDI Land Rover? The truck is a bit sluggish with the big tires and could definitely do with a bit more power

On those older engines you should be able to tweak the waste gate on the turbo to make it open up at a higher pressure. You can easily get an additional 0.4 bar of boost. When you also tweak the fuel pump you will get some great results when it comes to drivability
