Are there any parts you always replace for peace of mind before a big overland trip?

What parts do you go through before a long overland trip? Is there anything in particular you always change? I am talking about an expedition that will involve a lot of driving over multiple weeks

Yep, If I know I am going on a very long trip a check wheel bearings, re-grease them or replace them depending on how they look.

Not really, I just take it to my mechanic to go through everything and if something needs replacing then it gets replaced

As mentioned further above I also tend to go through wheel bearings and regrets them. Other than that I check everything is in good shape and if something is on its way out I replace it.

These journeys put a lot of strain on vehicle so I just make sure everything is in good working order
