Best brand upper control arms for a Tundra? Struggling to get the alignment right due to the lift.

After many miles off road the from bushings on my Tundra need replacing. I will be doing all of them and was thinking if it was forth it upgrading to poly bushes. Are they worth it? Any pros and cons?

New or old vehicle for overlanding. What would you choose?

Have not come across any issues with conventional replacement parts yet. Obviously the aftermarket is suffering but for general service parts I can find pretty much everything. It is an older vehicle though so there are parts sitting on shelves

Are factory Toyota skid plates strong enough to handle impacts off road? Or should I change them? I will definitely be running out of ground clearance occasionally as I do like the tougher trails

I have seen on a lot of places on the internet that it is recommended winches are mounted with an isolator. Can anyone explain why this is needed as am a complete immature when it come to electronics?

manual locker! Much more control, the auto locker as the name suggests locks when it things it should lock but that is not always to correct choice!

I would start off by checking for warn out parts before starting to through a bunch of money on upgrades. If it randomly started doing it without adding any mods like bigger tires or a suspension lift I would guess there is something worn out under there!
