What Is A Good Overland Vehicle?

Depending on the kind of terrain you are planning on driving, you will need a medium to high ground traction.
You will also need a four wheel drive, preferably one with three locking differentials. In addition, you will need a high fuel capacity and some means of carrying them.

Before now, to travel off road would require manual transmission. However, with the advent of modern automatics, you can now use engine braking to ease down one. Also, with the new automatics, you can easily ease over humps.
