Rivian R1S Range when towing?

I've been patiently waiting for Rivian to come out with their R1S SUV. It's towing capacity is supposed to be around 7000lbs. Truck is supposed to have range of 300 miles. What can we expect range wise if you are towing 5000lbs?

I bet that 300 range get's axed by half with a trailer behind it. Or at least 40% reduced. What would be cool is electric assist trailers. Or trailers that have additional batteries that electric vehicles can extend their range.

I've heard that you can see a 1/3 reduction in total miles just towing a modest 2000lb trailer. If that is true, they'll need to find a solution in order to get the interest of over landers and off-road peeps.

I've been following news about Rivian and waiting to see something about range when towing. Would be nice to see what that looks like with a few examples: 2500lb, 5000lb and 10,000lb. Seeing that it is rated for 11,000, that would be nice to see.

They just released their EPA, and range drops a bit just from 20" to 21" wheels. It was something like 314 miles down to 286 miles. Towing a 2500lb trailer is likely going to drop that at least 30%. Seems like they need to harness some of the suns energy while driving and while parked more. So at every opportunity, there is energy from the sun being captured.
