BillieBars on a Jeep Gladiator with Diamondback Deck??

Hey guys, can I use a set of BillieBars on my Gladiator if I have a Diamondback Deck? The Diamondback Deck was on my Gladiator, which was taken off last week as I'm going to put a cap on. We picked up a second Gladiator for my wife, her's is getting my old Diamondback but she wants to mount a hard shell tent on the back as well.
