I picked up this Champion 2000 Watt generator to charge my Jackery 1000, and when I plug it into my Jackery, the Jackery won't take the charge from the generator. I'm not understanding this. There is power going to the Jackery, however the Jackery simply won't take the charge?? Can you help...

I have a Jackery Explorer 1000 that I recently bought and none of the USB-A ports work on this thing. I've not been successful in reaching customer support for them. I was hoping there might be a simple solution to this? The unit shows 100% charged, so not sure what might be happening here?
